Materials and Interfaces
The activities of the Materials and Interfaces research area are placed strategically as enablers in the development of component and system solutions. At present the main applications are identified in the areas of sensors for the life sciences, bio-electronics and storage of energy. The Centre has expertise in the development of new materials based on plasma (FMPS) and operates a state of the art infrastructure that is instrumental for chemical-physical analysis (MNF).
The unique combination of these skills makes it possible for us to carry out all research activities related to the development of new materials and interfaces.
