​Future Quantum Technologies Building a quantum simulator

In the aim of CMM lectures, Mher Ghulinyan (CMM) and Luciano Serafini (CIT), will first introduce some basic concepts of Quantum computing and Quantum simulations – such as the qubit, entanglement, quantum logic gates and algorithms, underlining the differences and advantages of the “quantum approach” with respect to their classical (digital) counterparts. The seminar is focused on a joint CMM-ICT initiative aiming at the development of a Hybrid Integrated Photonic-electronic Quantum Simulator.
